Taller Buddy Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Taller Buddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Taller Buddy is a growth habit-tracking application that helps you establish daily habits — such as sleep, exercise, and nutrition — that support healthy growth. The app also provides height tracking, growth percentile curves, and height predictions based on genetic and growth data, helping you reach the higher end of your genetic height range.

3. Subscription Services

• The app offers a free 14-day trial of Pro features upon account creation
• Pro features include height prediction, percentile curves, and advanced growth insights
• After the trial, a paid subscription is required to access Pro features
• Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions can be managed through your device's app store settings
• Refunds are handled according to the relevant app store policy

4. User Responsibilities

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information for growth tracking and predictions
• Do not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app unlawfully
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials
• Younger users should use the app under appropriate parental guidance

5. Health and Medical Disclaimer

• Taller Buddy is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice
• Height predictions and growth insights are estimates based on statistical models and should not replace professional medical evaluation
• Consult a qualified healthcare professional for concerns about growth or development

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
