This Privacy Policy explains how Taller Buddy collects, uses, and protects information when you use the app. Taller Buddy is a growth habit-tracking application that helps you establish daily habits — such as sleep, exercise, and nutrition — that support healthy growth, so you can reach the higher end of your genetic height range.

2.1 Information you provide

• Account information (email address) when you sign up
• Profile data: birth date, gender, height measurements, and parent heights
• Daily habit tracking data (sleep, exercise, nutrition, and other growth-related habits)
• App preferences and settings
• Feedback and support communications when you contact us directly

2.2 Automatically collected information

• Device information such as device type, operating system version, and app version
• Product analytics events (for example screen views, button taps, onboarding progression, and subscription funnel steps) collected through PostHog and linked to your account so we can measure retention and improve the product
• App Store transaction information handled through RevenueCat

We do not collect crash reports or stack traces, and we do not send your growth data — height measurements, sleep durations, habit check-in content — to analytics providers. Only the fact that an event occurred (for example habit_checkin_completed together with the habit type) is captured.

2.3 Information we do not collect

• Contact lists or personal files
• Precise location data
• Photos or camera access
• Biometric data (fingerprints, face scans, etc.)

3. How We Use Information

• Provide growth tracking, height prediction, and percentile analysis
• Generate personalized growth insights and recommendations
• Process subscription payments through app store billing systems

• Send important service-related notifications where appropriate

4. Information Sharing

4.1 Third-party services

• Supabase: secure cloud database for account and growth data storage, with row-level security
• RevenueCat: subscription management and payment processing
• PostHog: first-party product analytics — receives your user ID, app version, platform, device model, and product interaction events. Analytics data is used only by us to improve the app; it is not shared with advertising networks or data brokers and is not used for cross-app tracking.
