How accurate are the height predictions?

Predictions are statistical estimates based on current growth percentile, genetic potential (parent heights), and established growth reference standards. They improve with more data points over time but are not medical diagnoses.

What is the free trial?

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all Pro features including height prediction, percentile curves, and advanced insights. No payment is required during the trial.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Taller Buddy.
On Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions > Taller Buddy.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged.

How do I delete my account and data?

To request account and data deletion, email us at info@dorapockettech.com. We will permanently remove your account and all associated data.

What growth standards does the app use?

Taller Buddy uses established growth reference data. The specific standard is selected automatically based on your device's region setting.

Why do I need to enter parent heights?

Parent heights are used to calculate genetic potential (mid-parent height) using the Tanner formula. This helps provide more accurate height predictions by combining genetic factors with current growth data.
